This is excellent! Quick, easy, and good!
This is a must for hoisin/peanut lovers. Very flavorful. Even my DH who I would have guessed not to like this did.
I didn't use the napa. I don't even know what it looks like and couldn't find it in my local market. Believe me I'm expanding my horizens as it is. I've never cooked catfish and don't make much Thai.
I broiled the fish for about 15 min. A little longer than they suggested.
I've been trying to get more fish into our diets so I'm always excited when I find a good recipe. Try this one, you're going to be suprised. I'll be making this again for sure~

It's so common, I can't imagine a conventional grocery store doesn't carry it.

Thanks aggie! They had cabbage but nothing called nappa. It's ok though because I don't make cabbage so we would have had a lot leftover. And believe me I don't think the sandwiches were missing anything.

I agree with Tiger, this was excellent. Fast and easy and very very tasty.
