Last night's menu was the Swordfish Kebabs from the feature on Turkish cooking in June, accompanied by mediterranean curry couscous. The kebabs were very good - very flavorful and very easy to do. I let mine marinate for about 2 hours as opposed to 30 minutes, and cooking time was less than 10 minutes. I guess you could add more red pepper flakes if you like heat, but we found them fine as is. The couscous was a packet mix, but delicious all the same.

For dessert, we had the Rustic Grape Tart - July's issue I think. This was also very good, and perfect for a hot summer evening. We love grapes, and this was a good dessert idea to use them. The pastry was easy to put together, and next time I may try using peaches in the filling. We ate the tart fresh from the oven, so slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

All in all, a wonderful meal thanks again to CL!!
