Convection or regular oven?

Thanks for the suggestions about built-in ovens and cooktops. (see previous thread) Now I wonder about buying a convection oven. Is it worth the extra price. Do you find the convection feature useful? Am narrowing down my choices but had never considered the convection question before.

Carolyn, I LOVE my convection oven. I have a Jenn Air double oven, and my top oven is a convection. I bake alot and you can put 3 trays of cookies in and never have to rotate them and they are all cooked perfectly. When we bought our ovens 4 years ago, the salesman tried to talk me out of the convection oven, I'm glad I stood my ground. It has a fan that constantly moves the air around, and I think everything cooks more evenly.
