Has anyone tried Dr. Weil's new cookbook "The Healthy Kitchen"? Have you tried any of the recipes? I get his newsletter and have enjoyed the recipes I've seen there, but wondered about the cookbook.

Thanks, I did a search and found a couple of threads. Not many reviews though. Maybe it's not so popular with this group. Or maybe we all reach a point of cookbook overload! Maybe his book is more of an approach to healthy cooking than great recipes also.

I have the book but haven't made anything out of it yet ...you are correct...cookbook overload. I finally went through my rick bayless cookbook last night and made a variation of something in there.

If I try anything, I'll post :D

not sure if you checked out amazon.com....they have an excerpt from the book so you can look at the index/contents and see if anything interests you first.
If you find a recipe you like, let me know and I'll post it ;)
