Making your own cheese

Has anyone ever tried this? I just sent away for a mozzarella/ricotta making kit for $20. Some lady wrote about this in the paper and claimed it was terrific. I ordered from cheesmaking.com

I sure will. However, it's a surprise for my husband for Christmas so I'll have to let you know in January! He's been wanting to do this for about a year now and I finally got around to ordering it.
