Whenever I have made punch for kids I used the frozen juices or punches (orange-mango, etc) mix with 2 ltr gingerale or Sprite, pint of sherbert (color to match the juice or rainbow) and an ice ring made from the juice. It is always a big hit!
does anyone have a good and decorative punch for kids for thanksgiving?
When I was young, My mother used to pour apple juice over a scoop of sherbet in a glass. Not really a punch, but we loved it. I have also done this with cranberry blends. Add soda or sparkling water and you can call it punch.

I have used this punch recipe for many occasions: showers, parties, and Christmas. It is very good and I always get asked for my recipe. It's so simple.
1 64 oz. bottle Cranberry Raspberry Coctail
1 48 oz. carton of Orange Juice
1 liter Sprite
Combine the above. I usually serve it in a punch bowl with an ice ring (made from the punch juices so it won't get diluted) that I froze in a small fluted bundt pan. I arrange oranges, strawberries (or rapberries), and lemon slices in the ring, fill only half full of punch so the fruit won't fall over, then freeze. Add remainder of juice after frozen. If you want more of a citrus taste, just add more orange juice. Enjoy!
