View Full Version : Crock Pot Chicken & Carrots w/Wine Sauce
I've made this recipe but used chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs. My chicken was dry... Has anyone had this problem??? If so, what is a solution?

Chicken breasts have less fat than thighs and when cooked too long, will become dry. I guess that's why the recipe called for thighs. You could cook them less as a solution I guess.
