Oops, I tried to post this, but I dont' think it did. Anyway, what kind of stuffing/breadcrumbs am I supposed to use? Actual stuffing bags--like cubed bread? Or seasoned breadcrumbs. I think the bags are what I was supposed to get, but I got breadcrumbs. Thanks. Kelly

When I made these, I used the breadcrumbs in the bag, like for making stuffing. I don't see why it would be a problem to use the breadcrumbs, though, you would just have smaller chunks of bread (not that I noticed large chunks in mine). I'm not sure if you would use more/less/same amount of the breadcrumbs though, so maybe start with less and see how much you need.

I use the Pepperidge Herb Stuffing Mix to make mine.

I also used Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix for mine -- the crumbly kind, not the cubes. If you have cubes, smash them up a bit. Seasoned breadcrumbs would probably be okay since I whirred mine quickly in the food processor once when I discovered my spinach was whole leaf and I didn't have the time or energy to try to chop cold, wet spinach. :D
