Does anyone out there have a recipe for asparagus & red pepper - I'm thinking steamed asparagus with a red pepper vinaigrette or something. CL has an aspargus & sundried tomato vinaigrette recipe - I was wondering if it might work with red peppers instead. Any thoughts?
