Poll: Giblet or No Giblet Gravy-unusual requests?

Besides making 2 turkeys for Thanksgiving (so that everyone has leftovers) we have to have 2 kinds of gravy. Does your family have this same kind of unusual requests? We also must have potato filling and sweet potatoes- I love my family but sometimes the requests can make one crazy, especially when you are working full time! I understand that there are wonderful traditions for the holidays but sometimes they become overwhelming!

Our family has learned to bring their traditional dish to whomever's house it is that's hosting Thanksgiving. My brother-in-law would cry without his turnips, my SIL only likes her pecan pie (everyone else can live without it, sorry but I can't be tacky outloud!), my niece has to have giblet gravy so she is allowed to make it wherever we're at! The list goes on and on and on and on...
