wow Vanessa this is great. I am so perinoid about food storage. I got Salmanella(sp) last fall when I was pregnant. What a nightmare. I will never again try free samples anywhere! So, needless to say, we are very cautious around here.

Vanessa, thanks so much for the information. That's a great site. Not only do I need to throw out my apple cider, I need to throw out my whole wheat flour, cornmeal, cornstarch etc.
