Who ordered the Bedhead PJ's?

Beth, Aggie, or Cheryl??? There was thread a while back re: these pajamas. Are they worth the cost?? Did anyone order them?

I'm dying, the weather is turning cooler - time to order new "loungewear"!

Hey Debie!

Remember this thread (http://community.cookinglight.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=26634&highlight=bedhead)? I can't believe it's been over a year since I first started drooling over these PJs. I've come close to buying a set several times, but I could never bring myself to do it. Well, guess what?? I have a set on its way!!!! :D

I came home from work yesterday (DH wasn't home), and checked my home email. I saw, sitting in my inbox, an email confirmation from Bedhead to DH's email address for an order he placed. I thought it was another anniversary present (we celebrated our 3rd anniversary last week, but he had already gotten me a nice present), but turns out (I learned when he got home) that it was a guilt present. :eek: I got him a radio-controlled boat for our anniversary (don't ask - it's what he wanted!), and now he and his brother have turned into r/c nerds. He apparently spent much too much at the hobby store yesterday on a r/c truck and accessories for his new truck AND boat, so he came home and bought me the PJs he's known I've wanted for a year now. :rolleyes:

Ah well, who cares what the motivation was. I can't wait to get my new PJs!!! :D

Oops - forgot to mention that he got me these Asian red cotton PJs:

Why did you guys have to bring this up? :mad: :D I'd never heard of Bedhead, so of course I had to check out their website... Too cute! Now one of you'd better explain how am I going to justify spending $100 on a pair of PJ's!

My new Bedhead pjs arrived yesterday. It pains me to say this, but I don't really like them. :eek: :(

I wanted to LOVE them, but I don't. The cotton is VERY nice and the pattern is adorable. The pants are great and super comfy - I love them. But the top just looks weird on me. It fits me pretty big all over, which is how I wanted it, but the sleeves are much too short (and I am a little person) and the top is narrow rather than boxy. And the collar/neckline just doesn't sit quite right. Suffice it to say that they look nothing on me like what they look on the model. :o But it's probably just me. What I would love is to have the camisole top with the regular long pants, but they don't come that way. I am pretty sure that I will be sending these back.

Shoot, Eva. I really wanted you to like them too!!:) Then I could order them. If they don't fit right on you, they probably wouldn't fit right on me either.

I haven't sent them back yet. I am going to try them on again tonight to see if I was just in a weird mood the other day, or if they really look weird. More likely than not, they'll be going back. :(

Unfortunately, the magic sandal place charges an arm and a leg to work miracles. Given that I've already spent an arm and a leg for them pre-miracle, I'd have no limbs left to stuff in the cute little things by the time it was all said and done. :(
