My wacky Sunday cooking!

Just thought I'd share the weird combination I am cooking today!
Dal, Aloo Gobi, Pakoras, Streusal Apple Pie and now Gertdog's Blueberry Muffins (see Cookbook Challenge thread below). A strange mix of scents is emanating from my kitchen....:D

oh yum. everything sounds so good. you've got me craving Indian food. I might have to modify my weekly menu so DH and Julia and I can go out to an Indian restaurant!


don't think we'll be able to get a streusel apple pie or blueberry muffins at the Indian restaurant though.

Are the Indian recipes easy? (I am soooo limited in my kitchen right now, and none of the stuff belongs to me, so I can't upgrade!!!)
