What's your favorite Pesto?

I'm about to make pesto to freeze, but I only have tried the traditional basil pesto. Along with basil, what is your favorite kind to make?

Mmm... tough question. I think I would have to shift between cilantro pesto (really more of a green sauce) and sage pesto. Both are great in fall dishes, and both also freeze well.
