Sides for Mexican Chicken Casserole

Everyone seems to like this casserole. I am making it for tomorrow night and was wondering what sides you have served with it that were easy and good.

I don't know the recipe for the casserole, but how about the jalopeno corn bread from November. I thought that was very good.

Salsa and chips, black bean and corn salad, quesidillas...

I like refried beans - either pinto or black.

I made this casserole for the first time a few days ago. It's really good. I would say some sort of beans as a side...refried or black beans. It's a pretty hearty casserole, so you wouldn't need much to go with it.

I love this casserole and typically just serve a side of black beans with a dollop of sour cream and some tortilla chips.
