Thanks for the tip about the "dam" for the strippers. I am planning on trying these. They look yummy!

Shoyski,
Thank you for the review and the tip on the strippers, they look good and I want to play with my new Kitchen Aid this weekend so maybe I'll make those.

Okay, sorry. I can't remember the name of the Coconut cookies but they're the one with 2 1/2 cups coconut in them in the December issue.
I love the Raspberry Strippers. The Coconut ones are okay, but probably not a keeper.
Both were super easy and quick to make. I said make, because the baking time is lengthy. The baking time on the Coconut ones is 50 minutes. I went for 45 minutes since my oven runs hot but I think I should've gone the full 50. The Strippers didn't have to bake too long but after you take them out of the oven and you drizzle them, you still have to let them "dry" and cool before putting them away.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is make sure you are home for the day or evening before you start either of these.
Also, one last thing. On the Strippers, when you indent the log, make sure you leave a "dam" at the end of each log. I did not and had some messy, sticky jelly to clean up off of my pan.

Thanks for the tip on the Rasberry Strippers. Too bad that I didn't see your post before I made them today. Agreed, they are delicious!
I also made the Lemon-Honey Drop Cookies, they are also good. Hopefully, there will be some left to share with my dinner group tomorrow night! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
