Have a look at this thread! Sue's recipe is so gooood. I also love chewy and soft PB cookies and this fit the bill just fine. I'm dying to try Mrs. Lundy's cookies too!

I have an excellent recipe at home- if I remember, I'll post it later. It uses lots of butter and it has peanuts in it. I have to make them every year for my mother's fiance.

Is there such a thing? Every peanut butter cookie I have had has crumbled and, sort of, melted in my mouth - which is the way I like them. I've been asked to find a soft & chewy peanut butter cookie recipe. Can anyone help???
