I agree. This is a wonderful recipe, in fact I'm probably going to make it on Sunday. The leftovers freeze extremely well.

Glad to hear it freezes well, Cheryl - do you wrap it in foil and then in freezer bags?

Yep, Sandy, that's exactly what I do. This last time I froze an entire half, but sometimes I cut it into individual servings, wrap them in foil and then put them all into a freezer bag. I love dishes that freeze well since most of the time I'm only cooking for one.
