December 1999 issue of CL had a recipe for Winter Salad that was spectacular. The dressing used rasberry vinegar. I can not find my recipe. Can anyone help me?

Winter Salad

2 tablespoons raspberry or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup grapefruit sections (about 1 large
grapefruit)
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions.
1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl. Combine salad greens, grapefruit, onion, and walnuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinegar mixture, tossing to coat. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1-1/2 cups).
