It states in the margin that you can also make these orange flavored by substituting orange juice & orange rind. My question is, would you also substitute orange extract? They don't menition it, but it seems logical to me. What are your thoughts..

If you are making the lemon drops and using oJ juice, orange extract then I would also substitute and use orange extract rather than lemon extract called for. Therefore your recipe will be Orange Honey Drop cookie http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

I would use orange or vanilla extract. Otherwise it would be gross!
