From reading up on the Austin group started in September, it looks like they are full. If there is anyone else interested in starting another co-ed group, let me know.

My husband and I have recently moved to Northwest Austin and would love to join or help form a new Cooking Light supper club. We were very active in a Cooking Light Supper Club in the St. Louis area and look forward to becoming active with one in Austin.

Sorry, since I am new to the area I know very few people here.

Penny,

We're working on a supper club in South Austin, however, ours is only sort of co-ed. It's women only with husbands included *sometimes* ;). We're doing it this way mainly because our husbands just aren't that interested in cooking light If this interests you, let me know. Or if anyone else is interested, post here.

How far "south" in Austin?

Oh. South of the 360 Bridge ;).

We live as far north as Westlake and as far south as Dripping Springs.

tell me a little more...I am interested...I live at Spicewood Springs and MoPac, so a little farther north but not too far. When do you guys meet? Where do you meet? How many people are in the group?

I live in north Austin (just outside Round Rock city limits in fact) and would love to get involved in a CL Supper Club that meets at the north end of town.

Dear Mary W.:

I really like the idea of participating in a CL supper club for couples in north Austin.

Do you know any other couples in north Austin that might like to participate? I can think of one or two that I might talk to…

Hi all...

I was wondering if you started your couples supper club yet and if so if there is room for another couple... I am in another cooking group, which I love, but it is huge and not many men... We moved to Austin in May and would love to meet some new people... Thanks!

Our supper club is actually all women...but we invite the men about twice a year. You are welcome to join, but I understand that you are looking for a co-ed group.
