ISO Recipe using Chicken Sausage

I bought a package of Chicken Sausage with Jalapenos at Trader Joe's this weekend. I need to 'use or freeze' it by Monday and I want to use it tonite, but I'm at a creative loss as to what to do with it. Ideally I'd like to use it some kind of soup as it is unseasonbly cold here this week and well, I'm just craving a big bowl of soup. I was thinking of making some kind of cheesy or potato soup and just adding the sausage to that. Would that be gross? :confused:

Just last week I used these in a skillet dish I made up on the spur of the moment.

Had some poiled potatoes that I chopped up like hor hash browns & browned them in a skillet w/ the sausages. Added in onions & green peppers & a dash of mexican seasoning blend.

It was quick & very filling.
