Hi Matt-
I talked to Holly. She said the recipe calls for a 9x13 pan, but she uses the next size up since she doubles the recipe for the famliy gatherings. She bought an airbake pan. She also said that your life will be much better if you buy parchment paper to line the pan with. Apparently she has had the cake stick to the pan and has had to make it over because it came apart.
