ISO: Sugar cookie with Icing

Hello!

I am looking for a great (preferably reduced calorie) recipe for
"roll out/cookie cutter" type sugar cookie dough.

I am also looking for a good icing to go with the cookie. I would like to be able to (by either parchment cone or decorating bag) outline parts of the cookie with it, let it set and then "fill in" parts of the cookie with the icing. Does that make any sense?

Any help is appreciated!

I haven't tried them, but Eating Well Magazine's winter issue has a feature on lower-fat sugar cookies of the type you're suggesting. If you'd like, I'd be happy to post some recipes for you.
