I'm looking for reviews on the Baked Fish With Roasted Potatoes, Tomatoes, and Salmoriglio Sauce - it looks pretty good. It is in the Dec. issue and also on the entertaining link on the CL home page. Would love feedback - Thanks!

I did see a review of it on this board--a good review, said it was not as labor intensive as the recipe seemed, great taste, etc. Based on that review, I'm making it tonight.

I think Ralph made it. If you search for baked fish, his review will come up.

I liked this recipe a lot--think it would be great for company. It's a very pretty dish.

The taste is wonderful--kind of fresh and tangy-lemony. I didn't have an orange, so I just omitted the orange rind, but I don't think it would alter the flavor that much.

I liked the salmoriglio sauce, but my husband didn't use it during his second helping and said he thought it was good without, too. It just adds a little more lemony-tang.

Once you slice the potatoes, the rest of the recipe is pretty easy.
