Help! Can't find raspberry chicken recipe!

For some reason, I am unable to find that raspberry chicken recipe that evryone keeps raving about. Could someone please direct me to it on the website or post it for me? That would be great. Does anyone else have a lot of trouble with the recipe search feature? I can never seem to find anything!

Raspberry Balsamic Glazed Chicken
Serves 4

1 teaspoon veg. oil
Cooking spray
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 & 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh-or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
/2 teaspoon salt, divided
4 (4 oz.) Chicken breast halves, skinned
1/3 c. seedless raspberry preserves
2 Tablespoons basalmic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated w/ cooking spray, over med/hi heat until hot.
Add onion; saute 5 min. Combine thyme & 1/4 teaspoon salt; Sprinkle over chicken. Add chicken
to skillet; saute 6 min. on ea. side or until done. Remove chicken from skillet & keep warm.
Reduce heat to med/low. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, preserves, vinegar, & pepper, stirring
constantly until the preserves melt. Spoon raspberry sauce over chicken, and its done!

I made this last week and used jalapeno raspberry jelly instead of the raspberry preserves. It's really a good recipe. I usually flatten the chicken breast some also.
