chicken appetizer

I am looking for an appetizer recipe I had at a party. It was bite sized pieces of chicken breast wrapped in bacon, pineapple chunks, sprinkled with brown sugar, maybe some soy sauce and baked. I know it is not a light recipe, but am hoping someone has the details on it anyway! Thanks

I have this very simple recipe in my files which /might/ be what you're looking for...

TERIYAKI CHICKEN WRAPS

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 lb bacon
1 20oz can pineapple chunks
18 oz teriyaki sauce

Cut bacon pieces into thirds. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Wrap with slice of bacon. Thread onto toothpick and top with pineapple chunk. Marinate overnight in teriyaki sauce.

Preheat oven to 375. Bake marinated appetizers on parchment-lined sheets for 20 minutes, or until chicken is done and bacon is golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
