well, i was home today because of the ice storm- dh had to run out to get a paper. i love wed food section so i said ok go. :eek: (well- the roads were fine by then, tg!) there's a section that features different cookbooks etc and todays was dec cl and the spiced shrimp. i think cl has been featured before. i had passed up this recipe but now i think i might try it. it must be the presentation because in the cl mag the clementine sauce made me think not cuz dh wouldn't go for that but... the paper focused on the name of the recipe and the way they worded the dish made me rethink it. makes me wonder how many other good recipes i might have missed? blame it on a busy month i guess.
