Thanks for posting the Cranberry and Sweet Potato Bake. We had it this evening and DH and I both loved it. I took your suggestions and used half the amount of sugar,nutmeg, and apple juice. It's great and we'll definitely have it again. I love both sweet potatoes and cranberries and this hits the spot.
