Just wondering if anyone can recommend a favorite, simple CL fish recipe? Thanks!

I love fish, so I try as many as I can, and I must say that the Malaysian Lime-Coconut swordfish was fabulous. It was one of the 30 minutes or less recipes, took only about 15 and was so delicious. I used halibut instead, but that didn't make much difference. The sauce is just amazing.

I liked the olive coated fish (also from the 30 minute section) in october. It's totally easy and delicious--as long as you like olives. Some people on this board thought it was too salty, but I didn't find that to be true for me.

My favorite was one I found on the recipe search: Tuna with Balsamic Glaze. It was super easy and delicious.

Ditto for the maple salmon and the balsamic tuna. Bistro filets of sole (from last year some time) are also good and QUICK. Finally, check out Easy baked fish filets from Oct. '99.

Grilled tuna with mango chutney. I froze the extra chutney and it was really good the second time around too.

One of my favorites is the Teryaki Halibut, although I usually use other mild whitefish for it like tilapia. It's in The Complete CL cook book.

Our two favorites are the Maple Baked Salmon (the one with Hoisin and five spice powder) and the mahi-mahi with asparagus and cashews. Both of these are easy.
