Club in Pembroke Pines, FL (West - Between Miami & Ft Lauderdale)

I am looking for a club in my area. I live in Pembroke Pines, Florida. I have had one responce from Weston, FL and have written her but have not heard back. I love to cook, healthy delicious food. My husband, Jerry and I work out of our home and would love to meet, have fun cook with like minded people.

We live in S Florida for 7-8 months of the year and live in Traverse City, Michigan the rest of the year (at the best times). We are really into good nutrition, in fact we work along side respected health professionals and scientists from across the world, in the area of nutrition and research.

I'm wondering if anyone has had luck in kicking off a Supper Club in the South Florida area? My husband and I enjoy good food and good company, and would be interested in joining an existing club or starting from scratch - That last issue of Cooking Light really inspired me!
Please let me know if anyone is interested. We live in Miami, and (like everyone else) have hectic busy schedules, but wouldn't it be great to meet some new couples and share a cooking adventure?
