I just got the March issue of Victoria. This is their 'Oh, to be in England!!' issue, and they had a brief interview with Nigella Lawson. Not a lot about cooking, meaning no recipes, but a lot of her philosophy.
Poor woman! To lose her mother and her sister at a young age and then her husband to cancer in 2001 - what a thing to go through! I have always liked her, now I have to admire her courage and good attitude.
Anyhow, the March Victoria (it mentions England on the cover) has the interview. It's a nice issue this month, as well, with an article on English puddings including some good recipes.
