I have an 8 inch round Pampered Chef stoneware pan (although it seems smaller), and haven't used it much. Does anyone have any cool uses for this size pan?

TIA

I have every PC stoneware piece ever made, compliments of hosting parties of over $1000 every year for the last 5 years. I have a few pieces I've rarely used and one of them is the 8 inch round. I've used the small ones when I've halved recipes mostly (potatoes au gratin comes to mind) or when I'm making rolls and have a few left over that don't fit in the main pan. I have the toaster oven-sized bar pan, the original pie pan and this one which have all seen little use.

Are you talking about the small round stone that looks like a mini-deepdish baker? The one that discontinued and no longer available? Oh my! I LOVE that dish!! My artichoke dip recipe fits perfectly in it! I've used it for at least one or two other hot dips as well. It's so small, it even travels well. I'm sure it's because I've made artichoke dip so many times in it, but it almost comes clean with just a wipe of a papertowel!

The new catalog has a new mini deepdish baker. I plan to get it soon, I have the regular deepdish baker, and hardly use it.

oh, I use it for this spinach thing I make when I don't double the recipe and for all kinds of hot dips. I use the regular deep dish to cook chicken, potatoes, tator tots (on occasion) and I use it for a "pizza" dish when I make this rice crusted "pizza"...
