These pizzas were so good. I doubled the recipe and DH and I had them for dinner last night. They had a sort of sweet-and-sour flavor from the roasted peppers, vinegar, and lemon juice. We will definately make them again. One note though - they were very garlicy due to the raw garlic, but as long as you are either alone or everyone is eating them who cares! (I love garlic).

I thought this recipe was delicious, too! It only takes about 10 minutes to make, and it is great. I love garlic, so no problems there!

I agree! These were tasty and quick to make!
I also doubled the recipe and I skipped the spinach. I didn't want to buy a bag just for this recipe. I felt the garlic was about perfect. Yum!
