How to store Clementines?

I purchased the crate of these babies yesterday and I wonder what sort of storage they should get since it will take us time to use them up.

It won't take you as long to use them as you think--they go pretty quickly at our house. We usually just leave them out on the counter, but I'm sure you could put them in the fridge, too.

I store them in a cool place and like ElinorC using the last dozen of so for fresh orange juice. Wonderful!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

We get better results when we put them in the fridge.

I stored them in the fridge and they lasted several weeks. I finished the last few by juicing them.
