I made the raspberry strippers yesterday. They turned out great and were so easy to make. I made a single batch and used raspberry preserves. I did not have the problems with either the dough cracking or the jelly running that people mentioned. And they are DELICIOUS! Next time I'll definitely do a double batch.
Tonight I made the spinach calzones from December. Another very quick and delicious recipe. My filling did not run at all either. My DH loved it too. another repeater for me.
