View Full Version : Help-at what point can I freeze potstickers?

Last night I wanted to make potstickers for a party but didn't have enough time. I had the pork marinading in the fridge, but do I steamfry them, then freeze? Or is it better to freeze, defrost, then steamfry? I really need to make them this morning and time is running out. TIA!

I did a search on Dogpile, only to discover that it is best to freeze before steamfrying. I should have done that first to save time. So, I answered my own question. Now, off to make those little buggers, then, holiday baking!Enjoy your afternoons!
