View Full Version : Confession time - "I can eat a whole....."

OK, I know we all TRY to be virtuous always here but what is the one guilty thing that you can totally go to town on? I imagine most of can easily put away a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese (my preference is right out the pan with big spoon - why dirty another dish? But at least I only make it with 1/4th the fat!) but I'm feeling disgusting right now about my ability to polish off a whole box of cereal in one sitting! I've always been a cereal freak and though I've reformed myself to Kashi instead of Lucky Charms - it is NO problem for me to put away a whole box - either with or without milk! Ugh!

Please make me feel better - what is it that you can eat a whole box, bag, jar, batch, etc. of?

If you insist...

I can eat a whole bag of Cheetos (though maybe in 2 sittings). I can also eat a whole batch of Nestle Toll House Choc Chip Cookies in one or two days. Therefore, neither of these things enter my house very often (I only buy the very SMALL bags of cheetos and only once in a while!).

So there, now a box of cereal doesn't look so bad now does it??? :o :o

And I could eat them fast, before they cooled off from the oven. THank God I have children that descend as soon as they are available, or I'd be 300 pounds. Does not bode well for me when they grow up, though!

I could also eat a HUGE bag of chips at once, but I NEVER go there....... bc I could do it for several days in a row.

1 loaf a fresh baked bread...any kind as long as its fresh from the oven

1/2 large combination pizza...don't do it anymore, but I certainly won many a pizza eating contests with my friends :D

hagen daz chocolate ice cream or those dark chocolate Dove bars

I can eat a lot of just about anything....

I still recall the time one of the engineers from work said he'd pay for lunch if I could polish off one of those HUUUUGE burgers...

I ordered a CHEESE burger AND Fries...oh, and when I was done, I asked if dessert was included  :o ;)

I am a big eater. I always have been. I eat more than my DH (I also exercise more than my DH  )

The last few weeks my weakness has been chocolate covered almonds.
I ordered 5 pounds and it is gone. It's only been 2 weeks since they arrived  :o :o :o

Could we be thinking of a 12-step program for those of us that can polish off that box of mac and cheese? I thought I was the only one-But I do my forkfuls dipped in ketchup. I don't use ketchup on much else and don't know how that started....I also LOVE the instant garlic mashed potatoes when my tummy is not happy-can take care of a whole box of that too! Iryzel's got mine. Dark chocolate dove bars, or a pint of mint chocolate chip. Definitely not in a sitting, but give me a summer day with no inhibitions, no problem. Thank goodness sorbet satisfies my ice cream cravings almost as well.:D

Editing to say that I can and do pack away a plethora of more healthy offerings. Grapes, bing cherries, clemintines, edamame, and sugar snap peas come to mind. And BF is always saying he thought there was another bell pepper in the fridge. Nope, I ate it.:D

I'm another fruit freak. I can come home from the store with bags full of pears, plums, nectarines, strawberries ... enough for a week ... and two days later, there's not a piece of fruit in the house. I once ate almost a whole bunch of grapes at one sitting.:o

This does not do wonders for the digestive tract. But boy, does it taste good!

- bag of Ruffles potato chips. They are banned from the house with severe penalties exacted upon anyone who brings them in. It took SEVEN attempts to give them up!

- bag of Nestle milk chocolate chips. Dip spoon into peanut butter jar, coat with chips. Eat. Repeat.

- rice cooker-full of rice, with gravy. Tonight I made Fragrant Chicken with Creamy Almond Sauce (CL 8/2000) and had to force myself out of the kitchen before I ate all the rice!

I only see one entry for 1/2 pizza. Years back, I could eat an ENTIRE pizza (delivery). Now it is quite easy for me to eat 1/2 of it. Or a little more. Yikes! I feel like this is confession! :o And, I do buy the Totino's frozen cheese pizza to have around for pizza cravings (these are smaller than delivery pizzas) but then I add mushrooms, olives, spices, feta & more mozzarella and definitely can eat the whole thing for dinner when I eat late!

Related to the ingredients on a pizza, I too can eat large amounts of cheese (and crackers), bad, bad, bad!

Who knew there was no peanut butter in Spain? Just like there is no light cream or half & half in Saudi Arabia (5 years and I'm still trying to 'deal' with that).

I'm reading this thread and trying to think of the Arabic name of those thingies they make in the bakery section at the supermarket here that I can just inhale. They're like a slab of pita bread covered with tomato sauce and cheese and baked in a brick oven and they're something like a buck a piece. For want of linguistic talents DH and I call them 'Little Pizzas'. They are dinner whenever we venture to the supermarket to shop. Gonna miss those babies.

Funny your should mention Kraft Mac & Cheese!! Last week when we were snowed in I ate an ENTIRE box of the Mac & Cheese by MYSELF right out of the pot without putting the spoon down once!!!! I studied in Toledo for my junior year in college. What an experience! But no peanut butter for the duration was hard. I was also able to eat an entire block of Philadelpia cream cheese with a fork.

I will probably be ousted, but Kraft Mac and Cheese does nothing for me. Give me a dish of homemade Mac and Cheese and I can polish that off in one sitting, no problem, without putting the spoon down.

This may be what you are looking for - there are as many versions of this appetizer as there are versions of potato salad over here. You can also buy them in Watertown (when you come back to the US) - they are about 8" round and flat - eat them with Romaine lettuce and yogurt.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Sfiha
(Laham Bil Ajeen)
(Small Arabic Pizza)
-------------
Filling
500g (1lb 2oz) minced lamb
2 medium onions, finely chopped
100ml (3½ fl oz) natural yoghurt
2 teaspoons *tahini
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
pinch of black pepper
½ tablespoon garam masala
3 large tomatoes, finely chopped and seeded
1 tablespoon oil

Dough
500g (1lb 2oz) plain flour
100ml (3½ fl oz) natural yoghurt
150ml (¼ pint) olive oil
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt

------------------------
1. First soak the yeast in 250ml (9fl oz) warm water then set aside.
2. Place the salt and flour in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Make a well in the centre of the flour. Next add the yoghurt and olive oil to the yeast and stir then gradually pour the mixture to the flour and mix together to form a dough
3. Knead the dough for 15 minutes, until it is nice and soft and not sticking to the surface of the bowl.
4. Brush a little olive oil on the surface of the dough and place in a large bowl, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place until dough becomes double the size or for 1-1½ hours.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and fry the chopped onions on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until slightly browned. Set aside and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
6. In a separate bowl place the yoghurt, tahini, vinegar and chopped tomatoes and mix well, then pour over the fried onions. Add salt, pepper and garam masala to the mixture, then add the mince and mix well.
7.Take out dough and knead again for 1 minute. Now form and cut dough into disks of 7½ cm (3 inches) in diameter and 1 cm (½ inch) thick. Cover the dough so it does not dry out.
8. Place dough disks on a greased baking tray measuring approx. 40 x 28 cm (16 x 11 inches). Spread 1-2 teaspoons of filling onto the dough disks. Decorate with about 3 pine nuts and press filling firmly onto the dough disks.
9. Leave the dough disks in the tray for 5 minutes, while this is happening heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF), then bake for 10-15 minutes or until dough is slightly brown. Serve warm or at room temperature. Freezes well.
*Tahini (Sesame paste) is available from any large supermarket.

I'm sitting here at work, in front of my computer, eating Cadbury's Mini Eggs (aaaugh, and so early in the morning!) that I just opened on Monday, thinking that this thread is AWESOME.

What I can eat:
-a whole loaf of fresh-from-the-oven bread
-a bag of Doritos, any flavor (give me a day or two)
-Brach's Peanut Clusters
-MORE than a pint of ice cream (esp. if it's Ben and Jerry's, but I'm also partial to anything with chocolate chunks in it)
-a box of Life cereal or Cheerios

Oh, and i'm a member of the newly formed closet Mac 'n Cheese eaters society.

The ice cream pint always does me in (especially Ben and Jerry's Everything But The...). I try and share it with DH, but sometime I specifically wait to get some until when he's out of the house!! Is that bad or what?? :)

The rest of my list is:
*bing cherries
*tater tots (yup I'll cook up the whole bag and dunk 'em in lots of ketchup)
*mini marshmallows (I'll make up a large cup of cocoa and keep dunking in more and more mini marshmallows until the whole bag is gone)
*Pepridge Farm Mint Milano cookies (if you've never heard Paula Poundstone's bit on them and that paper separator between the levels, you need to. It's so true!)

-- a large bag of Ruffles potato chips, preferably sour cream
-- a pan of rice krispie squares (why has no one mentioned this before?)
-- a pound of wings!

Now that I've gotten older and wiser, my body can't handle these huge binges.

Another vote for Kraft mac 'n cheese (regular or white cheddar). DH hates it so I eat it when he's not home for dinner. I usually feel guilty after, but I feel much better knowing I've got good company with so many BB'rs.

And, happily, I do have healthy addictions - can't stop eating those grapes and bing cherries.

Thank goodness I don't eat any of this very often! Although I am craving mac&cheese now. :D

At this point, mine are rather unoriginal, but here they are:

-Box of Kraft mac and cheese

-Pint of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (haven't done that since college)

-Container of hummus (one of those flat cylinders from the grocery store is 7 servings? Give me a break.)

-Order of Domino's Cheesy Bread with ranch dressing (I'd rather have that than the pizza)

For me, the "I can't believe I ate the whole thing" phenom generally happens with salty rather than sweet foods. I start to feel sick with too much sweet foods. Not sure how the Ben and Jerry's is the exception to the rule, but it is.

I am sooooo hungry after reading this thread!!!

-bag of Cheetos (puff mind you but I'll grudingly eat the whole bag of crunchy if that's all that's around :D )
-bag of M&M
-bag of Oreos (any kind)
-bag of Wavy Lays
-pretty much any bag of any kind of chip, pretzel, popcorn...
-I'll admit to eating a quart of ice cream once and then made sure I only bought pints after that (except for BB HOmemade Vanilla which I can resist)

I know there's more but I have to go to the kitchen right now...

Yeah...I am with Gail. I can eat a whole lotta stuff. In fact, in less health conscious times, I am sure I have put away a quart of frozen yogurt in a sitting or two. And on one sort of pathetic, lonely night, I ate a whole meatloaf.

Ew.

If I am feeling low or dark enough, I can eat an astounding amount of food. I associate it with very bad times in my life, though, so I am a little reluctant to try and one-up on the binging. I would feel like I was trying to one-up on how depressed and pathetic I was!

Today, having exorcized (rather than exercised) many of my demons, I try to push myself towards fruit and popcorn when I feel a volume eatathon coming on.

box of mac and cheese--prefer the Kraft Deluxe, the short squatty box with the silver squeezy packet of ready-made cheese sauce

bottle of wine (you mean there are people who only have a glass? Is that what those "cork" things I've heard of are for?)

box of Snackwells cookies (and they aren't even that good)

you're supposed to eat the whole box of Quorn nuggets, aren't you?

I once ate an entire box of frosted mini-wheats driving to a conference 2 hours away. I was so embarassed I threw the empty box away at a rest stop on the way back, I didn't even want it in my own garbage at home

(okay this one is really humiliating) I can eat an entire package of turkey bologna in a single sitting--the ones that are what, like 16 oz?

-Doritos
-Snickers, peanut m&m's, hershey's kisses, and the all time winner...Reeses Peanut Butter Cups!!!!

What's interesting to me is that so many, almost all of us, binge on processed, artificially flavored foods. And my list all have childhood associations.

I think my main vice would be a bag of Peanut M&M's. I can't eat too many of the plain M&M's but the peanut ones get me everytime.

Could also eat a batch of homemade cookies.

DH and I polished off a bag of coffee and cream Oreo cookies a couple of weekends ago. Won't be buying them again anytime soon!

DS and DD have learned that their dad can enhale a pan of brownies or any other cookie type food. They wail now when I make something and say that they won't get any because Dad'll eat them all. They've been eyeing the box of thin mints I brought home yesterday and are hoping I'll open them before Dad gets home tomorrow night from a business trip!

Japan also has no PB. When I lived there, I shipped about 10 jars of JIF over when I came home at Christmas. It was worth every dollar it took, too!

I too can and have eaten whole watermelons myself. As a matter of fact, last summer I went to the doctor because my feet were swelling so bad I could not put shoes on. The entire foot! I am not a big person and am considered thin, not overweight. I was puzzled what could be causing this. Too much watermelon!!!! He asked me was I eating an abundance of any particular food? Of course, the first thing that came to mind was watermelon. He said it does contain some salt and that is just overboard!!!!!! I'm glad I heard the news at the end of the season!!!

I forgot one. I can and have eaten an entire pack of Gwaltney reduced fat bacon. At one sitting. I've only done this once, but I could do it again if I hadn't stopped buying bacon w/nitrates and nitrites. We buy Niman ranch now and while it's nitrate/nitrite free, it's also much higher in fat and calories. So I have to stick to just one or two slices. But I could eat a whole pack if I let myself.

Laughing at the things we have confessed to...

There's a mall fast food place called the potato sack and they sell their own potato chips.
--I can polish off a bag of those with some Lipton french onion dip in no time.
--A container of green olives from the Strip district, luckily I left them at my parents' home
--dreamery ice cream pints- esp. Grandma's cookie jar
--samoas or thin mints (frozen)
--I can also consume an entire pitcher of iced tea in no time flat and

Thankfully, I don't do the above often.

Oo, there's my caramel corn! I once (not TERRIBLY long ago) bought the large-size bag of Double-Double Creamy Caramel from Kernels, to "help me stay awake on a long drive to Ottawa."

I finished it before I left. I did stay awake for the drive because I felt so ill...

An entire Toblerone chocolate bar. No, not the mini-bars... not the regular-size bars... not even the hearty 100 gram bars -- A GIANT ENORMOUS HOLIDAY-SIZE 4.5 KG BAR! in one long Christmas day...

My mother's potato pancakes. Back when we were kids, she would grate an entire 10-pound bag of potatoes (by HAND, on one of those pyramid-style graters!!) to make these for one meal, because we would have eating contests, counting them as we munched... my brothers and me and sometimes my dad. I think my record was 25 or 26, with sour cream and garlic salt.

Pint of B&J Chunky Monkey, but that was after running a 10K race. I was carb-depleted. :D

Reviving in honour of the holidays... because I also can, and do pretty much every year, eat at least one whole chunk of dark, squishy store fruitcake, with that inch-thick layer of marzipan on top, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This is hysterical - and I just had to add that a couple of weeks ago I was sick at home with a cold and the only thing that appealed to me for whatever reason was a chocolate chip cookie. So DH (God love him ...) went to the store and brought back a box of 12 from the supermarket bakery. We each had one. Then another. Then kept looking at them ... then I finally looked at him and said that I could eat the rest of them then and there - what the heck was wrong with me??? And he said "Me too" Terrible ... but nice to know that I have company!

I promise I don't mean this in a mean way, but I am at work (bad Kristin, BAD) laughing out loud at things like hiding the cereal box in shame, evening out the dents in the banana bread by ingesting the whole darn thing, and the WHOLE BAR of Toblerone. In fact, one of my co-workers just had to stick her head in to see what was so funny!

The first two pages of this litany of excess (of which I am a willing participant as well) makes me wonder--what is it they put in that Kraft Mac and Cheese? It's like an irrepresible urge to scarf that stuff down. However, (sitting up straight and very dignified-like here), I do prefer mine from a bowl . ;)

So all of my faves have been mentioned, but let's review:
--pint of any ice cream, preferring Graeter's or Ben and Jerry's
--large box of fresh caramel corn
--entire batch of popovers (I thought I was the only one)
--saltine and dill pickle sandwiches (and sometimes the juice. I am thrilled and somewhat validated to find I'm not the only one with this bizarre leaning)
--Thin mints, Oreos, anything in that crunchy-meets-chocolate genre
--whole order of mozzerella sticks
--can split the family-size bag of Twizzlers with my best friend before the previews are over at the movies

Once, in high school, a friend and I split a large pepperoni pizza, and a half-gallon of Breyer's Vanilla Fudge Twirl Ice Cream. And in case you're picturing Monica from "Friends" in her high school days, I weighed 120 pounds at the time. Ahh, those were the days...I can still chow on the Vanilla Fudge Twirl with graham crackers and chocolate syrup, but not to the tune of a half-gallon!

My confessions....

an entire box of any Rice or Noodle side dish thing(4 servings my butt!)
huge amounts of popcorn...like one of the silver bags in the "twin Pack" of Vics
entire container of FF cottage cheese
whole containers of hummus
an entire loaf of zucchini bread
a whole box of Frosted Flakes...the big one

and this one makes me cringe...
an entire angel food cake...the whole thing...in one sitting.

OMG, I'd totally forgotten two college indulgences my best friend and I indulged in time and time again.

1. After a party (at like 2 am) we'd drive to the Howard Johson's in Mystic, split a pot of coffee, a large order of onion rings, and EACH get a grand slam breakfast plate (for you non-HoJo folks--scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and toast). And then go home and go to bed. If I tried this now, I'd probably have indigestion for a week.

2. Our favorite local pizza place was run by a Greek family. My best friend and I would go and get a large hot tuna grinder EACH and then also split a small pepperoni pizza. Mama G, who was the cashier and also waited tables, used to switch back and forth between Greek and English willy-nilly. And she'd start totting up our bill, "Deca, deca, docce....boy, for two little girls, you eat A LOT...deca deca....$18.49." :o :p

I did wedding invites for a friend of mine who's famous for her homemade pickled beets. She gave me a half-dozen large Mason jars full on a Friday, in thanks. On Monday, she asked if I'd tried them.

I had to confess that I'd... um, finished them. All. "Did A. get to try any?" asked my friend. I had to confess he had not.

She gave me another six jars. :p

I almost just ate an entire large Little Ceaser's $5 pizza about 20 minutes ago. I just forced myself to put the last few pieces in the fridge!

I'm also a sucker for Edy's Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream, that pint goes down awfully fast:eek:

For me, it's microwave popcorn. I could eat a whole bag easy, and more if I could get my hands on it. On movie nights, I make the popcorn early while my husband is still in the shower and scarf it all down, so there are like 4 pieces left. Though last Friday night, he took too long of a shower and I didn't even leave the token pieces:D

Yep, count me in for LOTS of carbs! I can eat a whole loaf of fresh bread with no problem. Or homemade biscuits. Or cornbread. Or croissants.
and seemingly endless quantities of ...

--those fabulous CL BB Sawdust Cookies
--vanilla ice cream (add some lemon-flavored instant iced team poswer on top and i can probably eat a half gallon in one sitting!)
--bean with bacon soup - out of the can, no diluting
--smoked oysters
--LOTS of lasagna
--cheese (especially smoked cheddar or mozzarella)
--popcorn

DRAT! Now I'm hungry. See what you've done??

This is why I'm a lifetime WW member!

This is a fun and funny thread! Amazing how many similarities. I really believe trans-fats are very addictive, and for some reason, you can eat highly processed foods made with trans-fats and seemingly never get full! My "I can eat the whole thing" list is so similar to everyone elses:

Kraft Mac 'n Cheese
Bag of Cheetos (and stop only because the bag is empty)
Whole watermelon (why is this the only "healthy" food that most of us could pig out on???)
Half Gallon of frozen yogurt:eek:
Mega sized bag of movie popcorn (no butter)
Bottle of red wine
Box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts (and stop only because the box is empty)
Bag of miniature candy bars (favorites are Dark Milky Ways and
Butterfingers)

I have this condition... I can eat candy, such as those mentioned above, all day, eating nothing else, and never tire of it or feel sick. Eventually I will feel really tired, but other than the huge butt, that's the only side-effect.:o

I want to play too :D

I can down an entire large bag of potato chips, especially when I'm feeling under the weather. It must be the salt content, but I swear a bag of potato chips can really help the start of a sore throat!

But if I were to pick one food that I'd have to eat the entire box of it... it'd be Stovetop Stuffing. Chicken flavour. All for me.

I feel bad even posting here...I hope that I'm not ousted from the group! LOL!

Here goes my list <<gearing up with her food-throwing protectant shield!>>

1. Steamed broccoli lightly drizzled with garlic sauce. I ate an entire head of broccoli once. Wow, was that a night of no-fun digestive issues. Roommates didn't appreciate that either. :o

2. Brown-sugar glazed carrots. When I cook them this way I have to force myself to remember that it's a side dish...not the main dish.

3. Raw vegetables of any kind with veggie dip. I don't do well at baby showers when this is served.

4. Homemade salsa and TJ's no-salt tortilla chips. Thank

5. Puffins Peanut Butter Cereal (can't remember the exact name!)

6. ActII Old-Fashioned Natural Microwave Popcorn. This is the only kind that I will eat and I've never ate anything less than the entire bag! Of course it's only about 100 calories per bag.

7. Angel Food Cake with Fresh Strawberries

Edited to add one more! LOL!

8. Pinto Beans and Cornbread with the cornbread mashed up in the pinto beans. Of course this is southern cornbread maybe even some ho-cakes, not that sweet northern crap. LOL!

I'm with jessica - an entire pot of Risotto. Prefereably the April01 Monterey Jack, Red Pepper, and Corn. OH GAWD!

And chip and dip. Dip made with Knorr's Leek Soup Mix.

Actually I am glad I read this because it is making me feel quite ill and not wanting to eat for the rest of the day! I think I'll have to remember that trick.

:D

another great thread!

Let's see what I can come up with.

In college, my dearest best friend/roomate and I would make brownie mix and eat it, I always seemed to be able to put the most down!

*Movie POPCORN , any size.
*ANYTHING CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER .
*CHIPS AND SALSA . I will go out for mexican and eat the bottomless basket of chips over and over again and then bring my entree home for the next nights dinner! I just found a bag of soy/flax seed chips at TJ's and they have 5 g of fiber, so I might not feel to guilty if I buy those!
*ICE CREAM, hopefully chocolate and peanut butter flavor.
*Any DESSERT, really. I love chocolate and I can always eat way more dense chocolate desserts that most people can only have a bite of.
*I am always the one eating the entire log of GOAT CHEESE! I don't need anything with it, just straight cheese is alright by me!

This is nasty to me know, b/c I can't believe I would eat a whole container of this..but in college I would eat a huge container of cottage cheese with a 15 oz can of pineapple tidbits. This is the only thing I would not do now, just a small portion now!

About ten years ago my husband and I, then poor newlyweds, snuck a bonus-size TWO pound bag of Twizzlers into a movie and together we ate the entire bag. I have not wanted a Twizzler since, and in fact even just the smell of Twizzlers makes me gag now!

Things I could OD on include:

Cannoli (I can eat 4 big ones in one sitting)
Nacho cheese Doritoes dipped in Chi Chi's salsa
Bread by the loaf, each slice slathered with butter
Sunflower seeds in the shell (My husband called me "Bird Lady" until I had to give them up when I got braces)

Notice that ice cream and chocolate don't factor here? I was feeling virtuous until I realized there's nearly nothing virtuous about nacho cheese Doritoes dipped in salsa, especially if it's an entire bag of them!

What, no indulgences on cannoli filling? I can't be the only one! We have two wholesale bakeries that sell tubs of cannoli filling and I can polish it off pretty quickly. I DO have some resolve, granted -- not much, and can drag it out about a week, but still feel realllllly guilty about it.

Someone else mentioned cotton candy -- yes, yes! The darn stuff is just like air, melts in your mouth and disappears so fast, the whole bag is gone before you know it. Turns out my 1-year-old son likes it too, so now I have to share... :D

Oh I forgot about Cannoli, mainly b/c I never really had good cannoli until a few weeks ago at a friends wedding. She had tons of cannoli, mind you I had A LOT of wine. She wrapped up a tray for me b/c I couldn't stop eating it. So, there I was DH on one arm and a tray of cannoli on the other! I couldn't eat anything the next day, ahhhhhhhhh...I don't know how many of those things I ate..everytime I walked by (which I did on purpose) I would sneak one.

I, too, am a Kraft Macaroni and Cheese fan, but it has to be the "Deluxe" brand with the little squeeze packet of cheese. No 25 cent box for me!

My father is famous for eating entire packets of Kraft or Borden American cheese slices. My mother would buy a packet (of 12 or 16 or something like that) for lunches for the week. On the day it went into the refrigerator, my father would always be the last one up at night. He would then go into the fridge and eat every last slice. My mother would get up the next day to make lunch and have a fit. She tried hiding the cheese in the vegetable crisper, the butter bin, in cereal boxes, etc., but he always found it.

Maybe my cravings are genetic?

I can do some serious damage to a bag of Milky Way Dark miniatures, too. Do we need to have a ritual of some sort now that all of our deep dark bingeing secrets are out of the closet?

Good Thread

A whole 5 lb dark fruitcake was gone in 5 days.
Anything marzipan i.e., a whole tube of almond paste.
A tub of veggie cream cheese and a box of wheat thins.
Macadamia nuts in any size container.
A can of black olives.
Chocolate covered raisins.
Any size wedge of cheese, particularly St. Andre. Love cheese with a slice of apple or pear.
Kettle popcorn (Wish I could find the sugar so I could make my own)
Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce slightly on the lemony side.
Soy Crisps
Sourdough bread toasted with butter, though I will use Benecol lite.

Oh yes, and dark bing cherries. DH and I stopped by the roadside one time near Montreal and bought a 5 lb container of cherries and we demolished the whole thing.

Oh help, I was doing so well till I read this thread....now the cravings begin......

My personal weakness are:

1 lb bag of peanut m&m's
Wheat Thins! The whole box!
Chips and Clam Dip - OMG!!!! I can eat the whole bowl!
Rice krispie treats
Cherries - I ate about a pound and half this summer on a camping trip - that wasn't one of my brighter ideas!! Camping isn't exactly the place for the results of a pound and a half of cherries! 'nuff said!
French bread with strawberry jam

Why is my mouth watering? LOL
