What's the best way to wrap bread machine bread before freezing it? And what's the best way to thaw it?

Here's some information I got of Father Dominic's website (does a bread show on PBS).
Thawing frozen bread will take about 2 to 3 hours at room temperature, or about 6 to 8 minutes on the defrost setting of your microwave. If you slice your bread before freezing, you can toast it straight out of the freezer.
To warm bread, wrap loaf in foil and heat in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 30 minutes. Unwrap bread in the last 5 minutes to produce a crisp crust. Thaw frozen bread thoroughly before warming in oven.
(I often do not thaw bread before warming it)

I agree about the ease of slicing, but just FYI....it will get dried out more easily.

I cut the loaf in half before freezing. Then we can just use half and keep the other half frozen until later. It was always 'fresh'.

I just put mine in a freezer bag. It is smart to slice it first too--then you can just pull out pieces as you want them!
