Tonight, I made the Banana Spice Muffins. They came out so moist and fluffy. I added cinnamon sugar to the top of the muffin to give it a little something extra and I also subsituted apple sauce for the veggie oil. I really enjoyed these muffins and expect to make them again in the new future. Maybe I will even suprise my co-workers with a morning treat.
Really, these muffins were easy to make and quick to cook. :)
