I just looked up the servings in the Apple-Spice Cake with Caramel Glaze (homepage here (http://cookinglight.timeinc.net/cooking/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=221920) .
It's really good. DD liked it very much. DH decided he didn't like chunks of fruit in his cake  but I thought it was really good. It's going in the "repeat" file.
Anyway I was checking out the servings to make sure I cut them properly and noticed that the fat content was given in milligrams. I checked another dessert and that was in milligrams, too, but I didn't check any other ones.
Isn't fat usually measured in grams? So you can calculate that each gram of fat is 9 calories? That way you get your overall percentage of fat from the serving.
If the fat in this cake is really in milligrams, then it would be safe to say that there's barely any fat per serving??
