Hi Again!

I quadrepuled (sp? sorry it's late) the recipe. I am planning to cook it in a big mixing bowl. The original recipe is for 30 minutes at 375. How long do you think it will take?

I forgot to oil the mixing bowl. Should I oil it? The recipes says to oil the pan. Will it be a total mess if I don't.

Thank you for your help.

Hugs

I personally would put it in a long, flat container. To me, the mixing bowl would be more dense in the middle, making that take longer to bake and potential drying of the bottom and top. Perhaps a roasting pan? Then, you could oil it and not worry about it sticking. Just my $.02

Have you ever baked in the mixing bowl before? If you have, ignore my reply.

We love chicken florentine, also.

I agree with Susan. A long flat container is preferable. Or several long flat containers. If you don't have one, you can buy those disposable ones from the grocery store. You can buy very large sized foil ones, I think. Then the cooking time would be the same or maybe a bit longer if you have several pans in the oven.
