I will probably be on the boards only very occasionally in the next little while, so thought I would extend my warmest holiday wishes to you all right now. No matter what or how you celebrate, have a wonderful holiday with your nearest and dearest and stay warm and dry. And don t forget to enjoy some great food, of course! Thanks again for all the knowledge you ve shared and for all the fun times.

Natasha, Mamasue will be proud of her student. You've done her proud!
I, too, don't expect to be around much as my busy season starts tomorrow. So, to all of you, have a WONDERFUL holiday time!
...and to my "drinking buddy," Natasha-- if I don't get back here before the new year, I'll be symbolically clinking champagne glasses with you on New Year's Eve! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

Merry Christmas, Happy Hannakuh, Happy Kwanza to all those who participate. Happy time off from work for the agonistics in the bunch (like my hubby...How did a good Southern Baptist end up married to an agnotic anyway?)
I echo the feelings above. It is great to be on a board where everyone tries to hard to be helpful, understanding and (dare I say it...) NICE! Here hoping for a great 2001 for all and good eating for the Holiday. Like many of you, I plan to go off my diet for many things, like fudge, those wonderful green and red M&Ms, egg nog, green bean casserole, big hunks of red meat (sorry vegetarians, fresh bread, cookies, MMMMMMMMM>..........

Blessed days ahead... for all of you!
I am eagerly awaiting my moment of peace (probably the morning after Christmas) when I can survey the magic of the season in silence and take a bit of time to digest the emotion of it all http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
Wishing you each a small moment of peace and a bit of holiday magic!
