I am looking for the lemon garlic chicken recipe that was featured in a back to the best column.

I really just need the ingredient list.

I appreciate any help you can give me - it wasn't coming up in a recipe search.

Thanks,
T

Thank you so much.

It was molasses I was forgetting!

This was just okay, I thought. Not a repeater but I will say it was fairly easy.

There were also a dozen skinned chicken thighs in the freezer looking for a use. I was originally going to do the recipe with the apples and garlic, then got lazy when I found this one. It was the molasses that tempted me.

Final result? I loved it and had a hard time not wiping out the whole panful picking away at them. Oddly, no single taste dominates and the molasses is undiscernible, but the whole combination had, I thought, a wonderful flavor.

Definitely be doing this one again, especially on lazy nights!
