Is anyone still baking? I know all of you are so organized that you're probably done, but ... these are great!

2/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels -- divided

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup, light

Lauren,

Yes, I am still baking! Just not enough time. Of course, I should have stayed home last night to bake but I went to the movies to see What Women Want with Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt.....good movie and he is not too bad himself! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

I have made these cookies and they are awesome!! And if I calculated them right.....about 1 WW point per cookie. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

HI,
I just wanted to add my thumbs up to this one. I love this recipe and so does my non-sweet eating husband. This is one of my favorite Cooking Light Dessert recipes.

I made these, the lemon-honey drop cookies and raspberry strippers both on the cover of the December issue. All the recipes are great! We gave plates to the teachers, Sunday School teachers, and there are still some left for us! Tomorrow the kids and I'll make sugar cookies and then that's it for my baking!
