I don't have the recipe. I would be curious what you think of it--I didn't care for it much when I made it.....

Here is the rest of the recipe:
Combine reserved liquid, porcini, milk, broth, flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Pour milk mixture over pork; cover with top of clay pot.
3. Place clay pot in cold oven, and set to 450 degrees. Bake for 1 hour. Carefully remove clay pot from oven; remove top. Stir the pork mixture. Cover, return to oven, and bake an additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand for 10 mintes. Yield: 6 servings.
Let us know how you like it. I made it without the clay pot. The flavor was good but the sauce currdled during the last 30 minutes. Probably due to not using a clay pot...
