Las Vegas/Henderson Supper Club?

Calling all Las Vegans/Hendersonians interested in cooking light together. Shall we form a supper club to meet monthly and explore the delights of low-fat cooking, as inspired by the magazine? I'm in Henderson and just relocated here from Washington DC (in April). Was in a very successful supper club there. Get in touch if you'd be interested!

Great to hear from you...yes, we are definitely still meeting. As a matter of fact, I put the finishing touches on the chipolte glazed shrimp we're having tonight. Ole!

I will email you with details...probably tomorrow. We meet once a month and take turns playing hostess. This month's my turn and I'm frantically trying to get ready!

We are fairly new to Vegas and were in a Dinner Club with some friends back home. Yes, we're still around, although we've slowed down a bit. There are four (maybe five -- we haven't heard from one of our members for awhile, though). We got together early December and are trying to get a February dinner together.

We are all 40ish, and usually it's just us ladies.

Maybe we could get together for a group thing sometime.
