This is not a joke, I've been to the website and signed their petition. It's not the first one unfortunately ..... If you could take a minute of your time to sign it you might save her life. Thanks.

I checked this out, because I always check things like this out. According to Snopes.com it's true.

I am sorry the appeal did not go through. I signed the petition. (It's a good thing I can understand Spanish, however, for the link brings you to a page in Spanish.)

If you read Snopes, they don't hold out much hope.

This sort of thing makes me appreciate very profoundly the fact that I am very blessed NOT to be living in lands like that, and while I am acutely aware of the problems my country (USA) has, something like this is a bit of a wake-up call.

God help her!

This is so horribly sad. No child should be deprived of his or her mother under circumstances like this! I hope that she can be saved.
