I just ordered some farm raised antelope tenderloin roasts and steaks. Does anyone have any good recipes, advice, or experience that could help me create something fabulous?

Chefbeck- there have been a few threads in the past with recipes for venison. Some of them got great reviews, too. I can't remember exactly when they were. I know there was a recent one and the other one was a couple of months back. If you do a search for venison, you should find plenty of hints. I hope this helps you out!
