Or am I just forgetting how to do it? I swear I've searched for a zillion things today and no matter what I don't seem to have any matches.

I've noticed the same thing. I was looking for a post on turkey cheeseburger - and it never brought up the one that had it in the title. :confused: I finally resorted to searching by who I knew had posted on the thread.

I've never liked the search function. It doesn't understand Boolean searching.....

Being able to (successfully) use
AND, OR, NOT, brackets as well as quotations....

this search engine just doesn't work all the time.

FOr example:
Pumpkin AND pie should only give me pumpkin pie threads, but it combines the AND and the OR and gives me anything pumpkin, anything pie, and anything pumpkin pie...I HATE THAT! :D ;)

Just tried to find the recipe for Eating Well's Died and Went to Heaven Chocolate Cupcakes (thread got me drooling....) and the search result said there was no such animal. Couldn't even find the thread I'd been reading! :rolleyes: Ah well, I guess i'll just have to dig into my stash of Hershey's Special Dark kisses to quench my chocolate cravings ;) .......
